We welcome well-behaved and fully potty-trained dogs-hard to find in many furnished rentals. The large 2-story decks and small private yard offer space for a dog to exercise and the 5-foot fence provides their safety within the fenced yard.
The space has been curated to achieve easy and comfortable living. The furniture has been selected with your comfort in mind.
The viewing wetlands offer year-round astounding bird watching while other animals like deer and ground mammals pass through occasionally.
We respect private people and/or tenant(s) can socialize in community spaces with neighbors at the fire pit and gardens, or invite their friends and family over to enjoy an afternoon in the park.
There is ample storage for additional gear like bicycles and ski's and the small fenced-in yard will offer your pet freedom and security.

Why This May Not Be for You
Just as a reminder, the landlords live onsite and monitor the noise and adherence to the outlined agreements. You will be left alone, unless there is an issue.
The 2-story house requires your ability to safely navigate stairs.
Note the location, as the property is 15-20 minutes from the Airport. You will hear air traffic noise including military jets approximately 2x/day and sometimes more during an air-show event.
The acre property is shared by others and you will see people utilizing the gardens, yards, gazebo, treehouse, and fire pit for maintenance and social gatherings. Early morning and late-night quiet hours will apply.
Tenants are not allowed to host large parties (large=>6 guests) without approval.
Overnight guest policy will be strictly enforced. The rent amount is based on the utility usage and wear and tear of the home with one or two tenants and occasional overnight guests. Excessive overnight guests will not be tolerated.
The rural-feeling location means you will benefit from having your own vehicle for transit. Walk Score is only 15/100, Transit Score 32/100, and Bike Score 42/100.
The cottage is completely gated in, but if you are not comfortable seeing wildlife outside of your fenced yard, this might not be for you.
The neighborhood is mixed-use with single and multiple family dwellings, no sidewalks, a trucking industry nearby, convenience stores, public park, a community church, a floating home community and all the positive and negative things that come with diverse multi-use neighborhoods.
And lastly, 'diversity' means we accept all people of different race, religion and sexual orientation. You may not be a good fit if you have an issue with people who are different than your idea of norms.
